## Policies

- Trade terms: Fernway Wholesale sells only to businesses with an account. Each account has its own prices; approved accounts may pay 30 days after the order date against an invoice. Nothing ships from this store: it is a test store and every order is simulated.
- Returns: Fresh stems and arrangements that arrive damaged are replaced or credited if you tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Unopened cases of sundries can be returned within 30 days for a credit to the account.
- Delivery: Orders placed by 2 pm go out on the next morning's van. Timed delivery to a venue's goods entrance is available.
- Privacy: We keep the account's buying contact and order history. Test store: the accounts are invented.
